I am an industrial designer with academic background, I have 7 years of experience as a product designer, I have complete knowledge to be able to successfully carry out the project. Product designer with great skills to create products and modeling in 3d, both from outside only for product presentation, and from the inside with all the details of fittings and fixings, angles of exit for extraction of molds as the product should be end to be manufactured. I am a Mechanical Engineer I have done 8 projects on Freelancer 1) Assembly and Simulation of robotic arm using Catia 2) Editing and Assembly of Pill Dispenser and its parts using SolidWorks 3) Design, Assembly and Rendering of Breeding Box for Parrots using SolidWorks 4) Design the mould die for an MS sheet metal ring using SolidWorks. I also sourced the ring from a local manufacturer. Cad drafts and 3d model of the ring and die was also produced. 5) Design of Lock Project postponed by client 6) FEA of Crutcher, fea failed after the longest fea running for 14hrs 7) Design & FEA analysis of the die & punch for a given bathtub using SolidWorks. Design calculations were done to find the blank holder force & Maximum drawing Force & Bathtub was modified which were used to find parameters of die & punch & sheet metal. 8) Analysis of 5 structure including an igs file using Ansys Apdl Used Reverse Engineering module and used sketch tracer module. So it will be possible to load jpg files into the software and construct 3d surfaces and models Project 3 was done with a jpg file 3 dimensions of a tray inside it, length width and height of the tray The jpg had an isometric view of a finished product. From that an entire product of 6 diff parts & assembly was successfully modelled with rendering & 2d drafts 3rd party cad conversion module to batch convert cad files, so can provide stl,step,igs,pdf,jpg,dwg,,3mf,parasolid,sldprt,catprt etc 3mf,stl,step,igs are 3d printing formats

I also have a team which have good experience in designing and choosing different for suspension, drive-train, steering etc. with keeping manufacturing aspects in mind.

Hi there! I'm currently running a developers team who are designing hybrid powertrain for Light Commercial Vehicles. My responsibilities includes designing both electrical and mechanical part of powertrain, as well as some chassis and suspension parts. I am doing 2-stage structural and mechanical analysis using both traditional approach with classic formulas and FEA analysis to be sure that everything is fine. Of course ATV is slightly differnent from LCV, but I still believe that my experience in automotive industry may be helpful for your project.
