Review Existing Program Code Build Executable, Verify Functionality, Add Enhancements

Review existing project code. Build Executable to verify code from the previous developer. Program build in C++. I will verify functionality based on where the previous developer left off. Resolve outstanding issue with program running as a service/relaunching on Windows re-boot. Also, lack of publisher creates security warning in Windows 10. Building functionality to connect to additional API. Current program runs as executable in Windows system tray. Looks for new records from MDB, Local SQL, Cloud MySQL and API's based on program settings. Based on program settings, new records are syc'd to our Cloud MySQL on AWS and to multiple API's. Once you are familiar with the project, functionality and previous settings, we will rebuild the project for Cloud API's and databases that do not need a Windows executable on a AWS EC2 instance. Also, we will re-build a user interface as a web app. We can discuss project scope and costs as we proceed.
