Program to read videos. From the video the program will identify car plate number and the time camera detect the plate number. Then, will safe the output in database. Second camera will detect also cars and will do the same. At the database if the same car pass between any two cameras, the program will calculate the speed as the distance is known. Distance = speed × time Program will keep database for the desired duration 1 month - 6 months Program will keep photos for vehicles and plates including driver photo as well Program will send sms to violators Program can set the speed Program can categorize overspeed
