I need you to make a program to automatically fill out forms on our website and communicate with SMA api to verify login

Hi there, The requirements look quite clear and straightforward to implement. The program will be inactive initially until activated via your activation api. Once activated and run it'll login to target website using sms verification then fill out the necessary forms on the website. I supposed we need to utilize an sms provider like twilio for sms verification. The program will be able to fill out the forms in parallel with proxy support. I am planning to use c# along with .net 4.5. Please let me know if you prefer another specific .net version or lang. It'll be ready in 7 days, thanks.
