I am doing my Master Business Administration program. For the MIS module I must write a paper about a mobile app which allow workers to file wage theft complaint by the Labor department. I wrote the paper but I still need to describe functionality / with UI and describe of the ERM and the cost of building a such app. So I am seeking for an expert in mobile app design which can write the functionalty together with UI design and with a part of the Entity Data Modeling.
