link Automation server to voice assistant

I have lots of Python experience, especially in the domain of home automation, where I developed a smart-light control application in my spare time. I'm also very familiar with JSON and have used it in conjunction with Python many times as a means to save objects in a human-readable format. If any Javascript programming is required, I'm capable of that as well. I'm interested to see what kind of home automation setup I'd be working on, as well as how the Python voice assistant works. I've had basic voice recognition and Google Assistant working in Python before, and it was a very exciting experience. I'd like to explore more opportunities in that problem domain.
