Electronic Mock Examination Softwares

I need two (2) softwares and one (1) Android App for my Electronic Mock Examination project: 1. PC Software "Exam Creator" - Use to create exam questions, should be password protected so no one can edit my questions without my permission, etc. 2. PC Software "Exam Manager"- Use to play in my laptop the the exam file I created in the exam creator software. 3. Android App - Use to play the file exam in my smartphone I created in the exam creator software. Security feature of the PC software and Android app is that after clicking the app, a log-in page should display asking for an Examinee I.D. and password: 1. Admin User - can CREATE and EDIT the Examinee I.D. and Password, can view the the exam, and can edit other features of the exam player, should also have the ability to delete account, when sending the Android app/ PC Player to other devices/laptop, ONLY the Admin. account should be transferred NOT the Examinee Account. 2. Examinee User- can only log-in and view the exam. When logging in, he can only enter the password because the moment that the Admin user created an account, the Examinee I.D. should be displayed there automatically so no need to type the Examinee I.D. Examination features: - App should work as offline - Time Limit - Exam Title is "RGN Mock Examination" - Score Report (Passing Score/Pass or Fail) - Questions Section - Version No. - During exam, randomize questions or pick from specific sections - Ramble choices given during exam - No. of items for a specific exam - "Pause", "Stop", "Next", "Save Session", and "Previous" buttons during exam - Picture enabled in creating questions or answers - Multiple choice questions, essay, Multiple answers, etc. - Saved sessions - Score History - Ability to deleted exam files (Admin User Only) and Delete score history - Display my name as the owner of the app - I prefer if you use color "Blue" and "White" in button, backgrounds, etc. as the design - Exit button Milestone Payment Agreement: 10% - After you sent me the final output you made (Exam Creator+ PC Player/Viewer+ Android App Player+ Source Code) 90% - If I am 100% satisfied and you did complied ALL my requirements and specifications (You will modify the softwares and do the specifications I instructed that you did not follow for me to release this payment) Basic requirement to join the bid: - Send me a screenshot of your planned design. - Don't tell me that you will try, I need a developer who will do it. Who knows PC Software and Android Programming.
