Custom Windows Authentication Provider

Looking for an experienced win32 programmer, ideally with experience in providing custom windows logon experiences and authentication providers. We have a working and fully deployed authentication solution, however we lack the specific experience to dealing with windows logon providers. We also have a working prototype authentication provider. If you have the necessary experience, either through a deep understanding of Win32 programming, or have already implemented custom authentication providers, please get in touch. We are ideally looking for a long term partner who is able and willing to maintain their code base in the long term, however we are also willing to consider "one off" solutions. Depending on your experience we are willing to consider both project based or time based compensation. You are ideally situated in the United States, however international candidates are invited to apply (we already have team members from multiple countries) provided they are able to communicate clearly. You will be responsible for designing and developing a custom Windows Authentication Provider that integrates with our existing backend systems, document your work and communicate with our Senior Developer. We are an international company providing Biometric Authentication Services and are looking to expand into the desktop market. You will have access to both our senior development team for questions regarding the technology behind our innovative solution, how to integrate with our backend, as well as a team of experienced testers.
