Creation of a working "Oxide" plugin for the "Rust" Survival game

I'm looking for a coder to write a (in my mind) simple addon that counts the kills of different NPC's by players. Rust has some different NPC's and I need the plugin to count one or many of them (choosen in the config). I need the plugin to collect those kills into a .json database and to add them to some config specified Oxide usergroups when specified goals (number of kills) are reached. Thats all!
