565135 wordpress tribulant shopping cart update

I'm not getting copies of invoices from my shopping cart. I also want to add another question to the invoice prior to checkout. I didn't build the cart but it is done with Tribulant software. I'm a small non profit, so my budget is limited. But I think this is pretty straightforward.
