19437 SEO for few keywords

hello i need to bring a few pages of my search engine in top 3 for some keywords it will be like [login to view URL] and when somebody searches in goog or yahoo or MSN this page with results should be in top 3-5 of these engines. there are around 15-20 keywords minimum to do SEO. we will start with 1-2 and see performance for a month and then award 1-2 years contract. Its on going process and fulltime work. we may even employ you with good salary or on per click commision structure thanks
