100 fresh back links for two mortgage sites

I require 100+ themed links for two of my sites. The sites are mortgage related so the links should be on mortgage related sites. Website and keyword target to be provided via PM. I reserve the right to cancel any link that doesn’t meet the requirements set out below. That link will need to be replaced or payment will be on a pro-rata basis. RULES FOR LINK BUILDING: The links MUST only be from USA mortgage company related sites. All links must be on a PR3 (no reciprocal links) better page. That means the page the link is placed on, NOT the PR of the home page. Manual links only, no automated submission, link building programs or web rings such as Arelis, or Linkpartners, Backlinks, Gotlinks, LinksToYou etc. The work needs to be manual. Absolutely no spam --- all links must be appropriate, constructive, relevant and PERMANENT. No black hat tactics or similar cheating, no disallowed pages by [login to view URL], “noindex” or “nofollow” tags, no redirects, cloaking, framed pages, no graphics links, no flash, no links through javascript, cgi, php or redirect scripts. Text link only with anchor text provided by me. No hidden links. All links must be readable and the link page must be interlinked within the site and have a link back to the homepage. All links must be one way; no reciprocal links. No links from link farms or Free For All link exchange pages (FFA). No links from pages with more than 30 outbound links. No links from link schemes, ping sites or newsgroups. No links from mirror sites (duplicated content sites) No links from pages named “[login to view URL]” Links must be permanent, from static HTML pages. No dynamic webpages or under-construction sites. No link farms, link-exchange programs, forums, google banned site, blackhat website, porn, political extremist, religious extremist, frame site or any illegal sites No FFA, guestbooks, links within forums, links within newsgroups or links from link exchanges etc. and never participate in any commercial web rings or link exchange programs. All links must be from a different domain and IP address (geographically diverse, different class-c IP address block). The vast majority of links should preferably be from English language sites. When all links have been placed I require a report with the following information: 1. URL of page with link 2. Anchor Text 3.
