19533 SEO for new Site

I'm going to be building a new site and want first page results for the term "handmade quilt" and "handmade quilts" on major search engines, including Yahoo and Google. The site is not built yet, and can be constructed to your specifications. I will be using zencart to create the shopping pages. I know a fair amount about SEO, but do not have time to do it myself. So please, no SEO tricks, including cloaking and others. "White Hat" SEO only. One way links, only. Please include maintenance for one year. PLEASE include in your bid at least three examples of sites you have optimized and the key phrases you optimized for. Also please include an email address for someone at that domain I can contact as a reference. I MUST have this to accept your bid. This is the first of a series of sites that my company will be building. We expect to build at least one a month after this one.
