We have a Windows application with one required feature, and one optional feature. The required feature has two executables that need shortcuts in a Start menu group. The optional feature has one executable that needs a shortcut in the Start menu group, plus a Desktop shortcut. There is one environment variable to set or replace, and one directory needs to be added to the PATH. We already have an InstallShield project, but want to switch to NSIS. An experienced NSIS developer should be able to do this project in one day.
