Zen cart Datafeed software that will allow for daily updates

I’m using zen cart. I get my products from [login to view URL] (password protected). They have a download site that allows the retailers to download the datafile with their daily updated products. I have added a live file from them, in the format that we(the retailers) get it in from the company. I’m looking for a program that will retrieve this file from [login to view URL] automatically. Right now, I have to download the file, then use another program to download the photos(the urls to the photos are on the downloaded file), then alter the file so it will work with zen cart rules for products, then I have to change the prices. Currently, I open the file using excel, change the headings so they will work with zen cart, change the prices. I use a program called extreme picture finder to go to the website and retrieve the photos. I upload the programs to my server, then I upload my products using a spreadsheet.
