Need "Rapid Classified" up & running on my website

**American Bidders Only** Hi! I installed Rapid Classified on my website. Problem is, I try to post ads to test it out, but they never go through and cannot be seen in the "Browse" section. Do you know what the problem is, and what can be done to fix this? The winning bidder needs to be able to get the classified program up & running on my website. United States bidders only, please (I'm not trying to be prejudice - it's just easier for me to communicate with fellow Americans). Your bid message needs to indicate your prior experience with Rapid Classified. Thank you!
