Delivering training to freshers/ graduates on FMCG Retail Selling Skills

Job Responsibilities: 1. Conducting class room training and OJT and share the feedback 2. Training to be conducted as per session plan 3. Formative assessment to be conducted on each module completion 4. Project questionnaire to be conducted periodically 5. Prepare the plan journey programme for each batch and make sure to visit all distributor touch points as per the plan. 6. Monitoring the performance of the trainees in the field during the OJTs. 7. Assisting in sourcing the candidates for the training programme and counseling them for conversion into admissions for batch freeze. Employment type:Project based Project Name: Client CSR Project Project Duration:75 days (approx.) Age bracket: 25 - 35 years Desired Profile: 1. Minimum graduate degree with a flair for selling/marketing, preferably Post Graduate degree in Sales & Marketing 2. Having 5 - 7 years of experience in FMCG Retail Selling, preferably 2-3 years in training 3. Should have experience of distributor handling 4. Should be open to be stationed at one of the locations for delivering the training programme and OJTs during the project duration.
