Midlevel Ruby on Rails Developer Needed

FullStack Labs ([login to view URL]) is a boutique software consultancy located in Sacramento, CA. We build web and mobile applications for some of the leading companies in the USA. We're growing quickly and are looking to add junior to mid-level Ruby on Rails developer to the team. The ideal candidate has the following skills: *1-5 years of Ruby on Rails development experience. *Javascript experience is a plus but not required. *College degree is not required, but high IQ and strong problem solving skills are. *A working knowledge of current best practices and a commitment to high-quality, well documented code *Positive, optimistic, can-do attitude *Strong work ethic *Ability to single-task *Ability to own projects, and work independently *Ability to communicate with clients and manage client relationships *Strong written and verbal communication skills *Ability to work Monday - Friday, during normal USA business hours *Willingness to work within our virtual office system during work hours (for remote workers) Employment Details We prefer to hire a full-time, W2 employee, but we're willing to consider a contractor as well.
