We are looking for developing sentences bank for competencies which are used for performance evaluation. The performance evaluation will be evaluated based on key elements for that competency. The details about competency and key elements will be provided by us. This will help evaluates (managers) to construct better statements (or to use same) to write performance evaluation. The status of these competencies will be Developing, Proficient and Advanced. The candidates will be provided feedback based on 5 categories - Exceptional, Very Good, Good, Average and Unacceptable. Each categories will have minimum 5 sentences related with keywords. The statement should be generic but should provide editable options. We will start with 30 competencies and initial information will be provided to selected freelancer. The idea is to have creative sentence bank which will be used for each candidates. The sentence should be grammatically correct and creative. The few examples of competencies are Strategic Focus, Leading Change, Inclusiveness, Emotional Intelligence, Negotiation, etc.
