Hello if you want me to work on it i can complete your game/and write the necessary info for you as well. I had in plan a game simillar to megaman(in which you can defeat an opponent and grab his power or pick up a power up on level) and at the end of the level you would fight a boss. I would written the game in java(for desktop) but without any game engine i would write my own. Regarding the graphics i will take sprites from some older games. Hope that is okay for you
