Hi, I am looking for a serious architect to work in long term. He should be very responsive. We plan sometimes to work in project basis and sometimes with hourly payment. Please read below conditions and if you accept contact me. Project basis work is as below. We pay $50 for this. We make 30-60 sum one flat house designs. We request 1 - the AutoCAD drawing 2 - the floorpan 3- sketchup modelling 4- 10 interior and exterior renderings according to our samples 5- The source files of autocad, sketch and lumion The hourly payment is working together.
