*I will provide floor plan and details of all equipment. Your Job is to design interior, show all equipment, furniture, fixture, counters etc. in realistic 3d. Design walls, interior graphics, signage, canopies etc. Interior rendering will consist of design of two commercial bathrooms. Design of main hall with all equipment, counters, walk in cooler, shelves etc. Design of Kitchen with all equipment. Design of office with furniture. I will provide you reference pictures and ideas. You need to be creative to design best looking walls, signage, flooring, cleaning, counters, canopies etc. Show different color options for materials used. I will only pay when project is complete. No milestone payment will be made.
