sell a house

I dont have a bussines I am exploring the freelance option to be free from a unsatisfying job. I have a masters in Information technology and library science and a bachelors dregree in nursing, i am also a soldier in the Puerto Rico National Guard as Military Police. Love the outdoors, hiking, climbing and extreme sports. I want to sell my house to move to a smaller house to save money and to change my live to the minimum that I need and make me happy.
