Hi there, I was actually looking to get more information on what kinds of avenues you were already currently using to generate leads. Is this job offer for direct mail leads, cold calling, expired listings, probates, etc.? I'm just trying to get an idea of what your marketing game plan is and how it translates into higher rates of acquisition and closing. In my experience, most real estate investors fail by not having a solid marketing schedule that they stick to and follow up on consistently. Additionally, they pay no attention to the reality of the ratio between offers submitted and deals closed and get discouraged very early on when their first marketing campaign doesn't result in a sale. I've worked with three different real estate investment companies and have developed some very strong and proven marketing practices that I think could be made useful to your company.
