I want the working codes for unsupervised feature selection using fuzzy rough sets theory. Preferably in Python, C# codes running in Visual Studio 2015 is also acceptable. There are already some codes and papers explaining this. R has the RS package, but only working for supervised algorithms and cannot run on big data. I don't have a sample data but you can use some online sample data. I need to run the feature selection on a large amount of data, which contains both string and numeric data. Required functions: 1. functions to removing bad records and convert string data into numeric data as well, just similar functions in R but for unsupervised method; 2. This project requires an unsupervised feature selection algorithm to be developed using fuzzy rough sets or possibly other feature reduction methods. The existing algorithms are in R (RS package). Relevant Skills and Experience I have done many similar projects in the area of statistical and fuzzy pattern analysis. Including but not limited to PCA, fuzzy-rough-based approaches etc. I have deep knowledge of Python and C#.
