build a Tkinter app that maintains information about people who got vaccinated against COVID-19. the Tkinter app should fulfill the following requiremeents and use cases: 1. The GUI of the app uses the Tkinter Python Library. 2. The app uses the Double Linked List to manage data. 3. The app should allow the user to navigate and browse through the records back and forth. 4. The app should save the data to the disk in text files. 5. The app should provide the four operations CRUD: Create, Retrieve, Update, and Delete for the persons’ records. 6. A person’s record consists of the following info (at least): a. Cell phone number b. Full Name c. Name of the vaccine used (e.g., Pfizer, AstraZenica, Sinopharm, etc.). d. Date of vaccination. 7. The app should enable the search for a person using his/her mobile. 8. The app should generate a report of all persons who got a certain vaccine.
