Hey! I'm pretty proficient with django, and have quite a lot of prior experience with handling pretty big csv/xls files. For scheduling, we could add it to cron job or use django scheduling as well using celery. Message me if you'd like me to work on this. We can thrash out the milestone details afterwards.
