Custom (Private) Character Editor -- 2

Hi. I'm very interested in your project of custom character editor. Because I did such editor long ago (but on other program language and just for PC). I have huge expirience in Python and GUI for it (PyQT5) so I can make interesting product for you. I need more details about functionality of new Editor. What exact feature list will be (only pixel drawing or more primitives, color or monochrome, variable page size or fixed, one character per file or many and so on) ? Where you plan to use custom fomat? If some class written on Python will be sufficient at the end or you will need algorithm description or some classes for other platforms? We can disscuss this.
