Build me a payment system

The application will have the following features: [login to view URL] area [login to view URL] area [login to view URL] area Both will login from a single page(index) and there on index user shall be able to create an account and reset the password On the admin area: Admin will be able to view,add,remove and edit customers and companies Admin will be able to view payments done ,unpaid customers,the amount earned by system as commission, and company money. the total paid minus commission fees For a citizen/customer to register he must fill in personal identification details,a next to kin details and the payment methods he will use(Mobile money,VISA/MASTERCARD/Bank Transfer) For company also they must provide the company informations and the names of people who will have access to the system. The payment options shall be done on monthly,quarterly and annually. The company will be able to set the fees depending on the type of customer. Our system shall be developed in Python and MongoDB or Oracle , and developer must provide the easy way so that we will connect the system to the EPOS ssytems that will be used further.
