I ask you not to bid before READING the specs. This could save both of us a lot of fruitless chat.
1) It MUST be done in python 3
2) It MUST be based on standard, publicly available modules (libraries, if you will)
3) It MUST run on linux (Debian 11)
Input
a) A map as .png or jpg (or any other, if better suited to your solution)
b) The coordinates of two corners of the map (can be either in UTM or geographical -- you can choose)
c) A set of up to 853 numbers varying from 1 to a few tens of thousands (like 11000, 25000)
d) For each number, a pair of coordinates (either in UTM or geographical - same reference used in b -- either UTM or geographical)
Input will be provided as a .TXT file like so:
x1#y1#n1
x2#y2#n2
...
xn#yn#nn
(up to 853 lines)
Map corner coordinates will be provided in the first line of the file as
x1,y1#x2,y2
Output
The map refered to in a) (jpg ou png) with semi-transparent circles centered in the coordenates given in d). The circles sizes will proporcional do logarithm of the numbers given in c).
Note: the logarithms will the calculated as follows:
radius = [login to view URL](NUMBER_IN_c, 1.1)
Circle filling color: can be hard-coded, but must be explicitly set
i) must change in accordance with the radius. Let's say it is 77777 for radius 1, but will chance to 888888 for radius 2-3, then 999999 for radius 4-5, so on and so forth.
Circle color transparency: can be hard-coded, but must grow more transparent as the radius grows. Let's say: 0% transparency for radius 1, 5% transparency for radius 2-10; 15% transparencey for radius 11-25 .... 80% transparency for radius above 25
I'll send a sample of the image for those interested.

Hi! How are you doing? I have read the project description and really interested in this job, I have 4 years’ experience doing similar jobs regarding to these skills Python and Linux. Please start the chat, I have some questions about this task so we can have detailed discussion about project. Thanks! Umair
