ECOMMERCE EXPERT

I require interested applicants for a position of a hands on ecommerce Manager which will be a very senior role within our business, to work closely with the owner. I will consider individual applicants for this role and also any ecommerce agencies who can show that they have different staff with skills & experience with ecommerce platforms & tasks and can provide Project Management of the process. Applicants will be required to have an exceptional and broad knowledge, skills and experience of the online ecommerce industry. This will be a “hands-on” Management role with responsibilities to work in and on the business whilst being able to employ, train and manage suitable staff in full-time and part-time roles that are needed to support the business. The applicant will need the necessary skills & experience to grow and drive revenue and produce acceptable profits from each e-commerce platform working with current or newly appointed VA’s. A good broad understanding of the following ecommerce platforms will be required so that these skills can be utilized to support existing VA’s and programs. It will be a requirement for the employed applicant to maintain and keep abreast of current e-commerce changes to enable the business to remain at the cutting edge of technical Improvements or changes. If any applicants do not have the knowledge of some of these platforms they will still be considered provided they are suitably skilled with most. The following platforms will be utilised in the business: • Affiliate Marketing of digital & physical products & Facebook Groups. • eBay drop shipping. • Amazon PL and Amazon Wholesale. • Shopify Dropshipping. • POD. • An excellent knowledge of ecommerce marketing & advertising methods. • An excellent understanding of analytics and able to report on these. Applicants will need to have strong team building and people management skills along with solid business management skills to produce business strategies & plans along with their implementation and ongoing reporting. The person will be a decision maker and have attitudes that will drive them to do what is absolutely necessary to achieve the outcomes, keen to offer and discuss new opportunities, always maintaining their knowledge of new and cutting edge market changes whilst having the ability to work as a team and have some fun. This is an opportunity for any applicant that loves the e-commerce world, has a very broad knowledge, is a people person and decision maker and is prepared to do the hard yards and be a hands-on manager. The initial task will be to review the current programs and produce a strategy/plan to improve, develop or scale these exiting programs whilst providing the strategy for goals and targets (including action plans) for the following 3, 6, 9 and 12 month periods. All strategy plans and budgets to be annualized.
