2. Ideally we don’t want to create a new store section inside a cart solution but rather use the website as is and drive the process from the “Add to Basket” button (before/after Member Login). 3. Specials tracking iv. Dialogue/Interaction tracking b. Client Purchase History i. By Period (Monthly, Bi-Annually, Annually and from Start) ii. By Product (Groups of Products purchased with Date of Purchase) iii. Spend (Monthly, Bi-Annually, Annually and from Start) iv. Prompt “Repeat Orders/Refills” c. Geographical (Provincial) Lists 3. Bulk Email/SMS (this can done manually by exporting to Excel) a. Flyers/E-mercials b. Newsletters c. Specials d. Birthdays, Holidays, etc. ii. Product Management 1. Add/Edit/Block/Delete Product Range & Product (dynamic to web pages if possible) 2. Pricing in Cart to populate website Product Page Pricing (if possible) 3. Reports a.
