Build custom web interface for USR21-IO88 - No instant bids please. Read entire description first

I have a USR21-IO88 hooked to my router. It has its own web interface which let me turn on / off relays and check the status of the inputs (8 relays and 8 inputs) I need another web interface built that runs on a linux server on my website which will automatically interface with this unit and perform certain tasks. I believe this unit can be contacted via UDP/TCP but am not 100% sure I don't have any instructions with this thing although it does have some in the built in web browser which I will give you access to. At this time I only need 3 functions although will add functions in the future Function 1: Check input status and post the result to a single webpage every minute or so Function 2: Check relay status and post the result to a single webpage every minute or so Function 3: If a relay status is on then turn the relay to the off status and send an email to me telling me that the status was on with the relay number
