This probably wouldn't be too hard. I'm familiar with C networking on Windows and POSIX (wrote a web server a while back), and GUI design is pretty simple (assuming you want a GUI, also fine with a text-based interface). I've also written tic-tac-toe before. Albeit in Java. I know the game logic. I desperately need a programming project right now. So bored! :)
