Looking for a freelance estimator to price up construction, groundworks and civils jobs for us, from small jobs such as residential patios and driveways, to larger leisure centre groundworks packages. We underatake quite a lot of local authority work, so civils experience would be beneficial ie manholes, gullys etc. Work would be on an ad hoc basis, perhaps 1-2 jobs a month, maybe more, depending on current projects. Payment would be on an hourly basis for each job completed. Experience of tender writing, risk and method statements an advantage. A UK based freelancer would be preferred due to occasional site visits
