This will be an easy theme for a WordPress expert. Custom theme from png examples and URLs. We will need 1 home page and 1 internal page WordPress design from the example. Design a custom WordPress theme using this example [login to view URL] but use the home and inner page design .psds provided for colors image placement and text etc. It will need to be fully responsive mobile ready. Use the same top drop-down menu as [login to view URL] for a mobile view. The page content should include a blog, portfolio, image, or video and content templates for pages. $150/max budget 4/days max project deadline. custom WordPress theme similar menu design as [login to view URL] for mobile responsive menu and page structure.
