Wordpress Plugin Creation for Members Area

I need a very specific Wordpress plugin created for my website. This plugin will form a members area. We have a photo booth website where we would like to create users on our backend. We would then like to send the users an email so they can login to the members portal. Each individual member will have their own page they can view. The purpose of the page is to view all of their information in text boxes which they can change if incorrect. They will then see check boxes with different image options for them to select. Once they have saved their information, I would like this to be sent to us as a notification. They should be able to login at any time to view this information. Once we upload their selected image with the changes, I would like them to be able to login and view the changed image. We don't want users to be able to register. We will do registration on our end. I would also like to be able to add to the text fields in wordpress admin. Please reply with your experience and whether this is possible.
