WordPress "Coloring Page" plugin.

We are looking for someone that can find and modify or code a plugin for us. We need to add a "coloring page" type of function on our website. Example: [login to view URL] We would like the functionality to work exactly like the example page with very few modifications. (We really like that it works like the Photoshop "paint bucket" by filling the area with the selected color.) #1 We have many PNG files that we will use with the coloring system. Our users should be able to pick the design they would like to color then color it. #2 We have a set color pallet that we would like to use. We can provide these details in any format you prefer. HEX, RGB, Pantone, whatever. We have a lot of experience working with color details. #3 When the user saves the image, it saves to their user account. We would like to have a photo galley so users can see their designs and have an option to share the designs with others in a public gallery.
