Will Management and customer facing website

Entities: 1. Law firm owner (Admin)/Super Admin 2. Attorneys 3. Case Managers 4. Clients 5. Cases for wills 6. Order 7. Invoice 8. Will templates will be different for different states, so we can change it/update it Steps: Client will be launched in the website and they will be shown the different wills related products/services Customer will choose the State(We will be servicing only few fixed states only, depending on the state the will will be changed) Customer will Agree to the terms and conditions Provide all information Paying 50% through quickbooks integration for payments(quickbooks config details can be updated through super admin) Completing the checklist – information fill up and documents uploading by the customer(we will provide all the necessary details) Submitting – all info and documents Comes to attorney and case managers – for review Generate will with specified format and draft(watermark pdf) version will be sent to client for review Client will email comments on the version of the draft if he needs to update anything Schedule the interview, either by phone or face-to-face meeting schedule/appointment management through an online calendar system, which will show available slots for attorneys for when the available slots for phone interview/ face to face meetings Pay the remaining 50% - through quickbooks Receive the 2nd draft version after all the corrections made Final consultation with the attorney (face to face/phone consultation- whatever he choose) Final will from an attorney, If telephone consultation happens then final will be sent over via mail There will be invoice management All documents will be uploaded in Amazon S3( we will provide details) Projects need to be checked-in every day in the provided bitbucket repository(without fail) Projects need to be running in Amazon AWS server(we will provide only sftp access/root access will not be provided) The client will have their own accounts from which they can be able to download the soft copy of their will whenever they want. For reference, you can search online will services and see any popular website, we do not want to clone it but to understand how the product/services are provided We will buy and provide a template for the project interface which will have one customer facing and another admin template.
