Create a PHP script to extract an HTM table in a [login to view URL] page into a CSV. We must be able to setup the page url as a parameters and select the table on the page with an xpath. PHP script must usable with php version 7.4 and respect the PSR standards. The script must come with unit testing. The extracted HTML can contain some rowspan or colspan, so you will have to split those column/row with the same values. You can use external library to help you parse the html for example. If external library come from PHP framework please prefer to use some from ZF3/Laminas framework in 1st position of Symfony 4/5 in second position. If there is not what you need, use an other library at your needs. The script must come with it's [login to view URL] file which define its dependencies.
