1. we are trying to bring a website that would act as a platform for medical services. We would act as an agent between customer ( patients) and the service provider ( healthcare providers) 2. we have services instead of product in our website 3. as the medical services are pretty complex for a layman to understand, there is a fair possibility that the customer might not be able to search the website so our focus is divided into two parts 4. (a) PART ONE : TO DISPLAY the search result in a manner that is very easy to understand and utilize. They should be able to filter, sort and compare the display result (b)PART TWO : to provide help if the customer is not able to search or unable to even choose or not interested to search by means of customer care ( chat, email, phone ). Our manual team would help them fill the form and submit the customer. This form would be approved by our admin and forwarded manually to vendors dealing in similar product based on category of product, asking the vendor to add the product with features based on the need of the customer. After the products from different vendors are ready, admin approves those product and send the compare list url to the customer thro notifications. The customer shall be able to view the comparative features and price of the same product from different vendor ________________________thats our core idea------------------------------------------ Please note : all the functionality is there in our website ( few addon we have not added but we have bought them ) that furnishes all above mention functionality
