Update complexe CRM with design

Hi everyone, I have a BIG CRM, witch I want to make some update of it. 1- On the dashboard we need to create a notification square just like the square that show client in the search, because in a near future we will add a lot of information within this notification bar. a. Look picture 1, you see an example of the big notification box I want to have into the dashboard. It’s like the search client that I have, but bigger. It needs to be able to activate it like anything on the dashboard option. b. Into that we will show notification when we receive SMS, we still keep it has a number into SMS, but everything will go there. I will tell you further what we will display. The action button need to allow us the go straight to the client SMS for example if it’s what we see. Email if it’s an email ect. For the admin we will show when backup done, when sale has been done by a staff etc. But those small notification will also disappear from that place because we want to see only what is important for the staff that use it. So we need an option and they click on what they want to see there. 2- We need to add the start date into the task notification the due date I think we should write the start date, because we need to know when the task is stard instead of due. a. Look picture 2, I need this part to show instead of due date, when the task start date, see picture 3. This part need also to be update when we update from client file, because it’s a shortcut instead of going into the client file. 3- We need to improve the search. In French we use a lot of: à é è // In the sear we need to be able to see any client that have a special character even if I don't write it properly example: Mélanie // if I write melanie, Melanie Mélanie, mélanie, MÉLANIE = I should see all Mélanie into the search. The search should work with the policy number we write has well and company name. a Into this one look the video has I try to search for a client. You will notice that I have to write specific way in order to see the client. I need to be able to finds a client with is policy number that you can find from the client file, is name what ever I write it. So into the example I show you what I mean, No matter if I use éàèçô I should be able to see all client related to those without the special Caracter. The address that is shown is to identify the client so we need it. We also need to search by company. This seem to work so far. See video 1. 3- Latest Project Activity should become the last activity of the employees. a. Into this one you need to show the latest file the employees went to. You can also find this information’s into employees track log. See picture 5. In track log you have a link that can send you into that client file, so I need to be able to have the same into that list. We can limit that list has 15 entry to be displayed. In tracker log you can see multiple entry, because each time the employees make an action that load the page again an new entry is enter. Maybe you can fix that has well, so we will not have multiple entry for each one, I don’t know if it’s possible. So you need to be an expert with PHP, AJAX, DESIGN, CSS, Database All other required details will be share once we talk.
