Template monster based store using web API

Looking for some one who has prior experience building Template Monster based online store. I am particularly keen in understanding how to build same using Template Monster Web API. Initially, i am looking for information what all can be done and i am willing to fair price for the time spent by freelancer on this. In Phase - 2, we will be actually building store (development work) so some one who has done previously and can go over with me, i would be happy to consider for development as well.
