SOS mobile App

App has been made 40% more or less by another programmer, who cannot finish it. So we need to get it 100% working. Main Features: User who installed the App he must be able to ask for help by pushing a big SOS button on his cellular. we want to create a community so, when one user install it, all his friends on the phone list will get one SMS notice "user xx has installed this app, do you want to install it also?" User will be able to register by his phone number no email authentication required App in english lang it is ok but we need to publish it in italian language, we'll translate after getting the text file. Screen should notice the user on how many friends are on the range he selected. there are 5 friends 500 meters away--- there are 2 friends 500 meters away..." to make user feel more protected. They must be able to select the meters range User need to see how many total people installed the app, updated every day, a number on the top of his app screen that notice: today xxxx people on WhatsHelp Admin also need to know the total users active. Numbers who are not on phone list and to be added manually. This special number will get the second call 60 seconds distance from the first call. Chat option, users can chat among them, as users will be many many, we can list only the users who are 10 km distant range and if too low, the first 100 users . Users can create their chat groups and chat also with the users away or exceeding 10 km. We need the possibility to add "map points" called "shops" "groups" "other" we input address, then description, and users will see the interest point in the map. This will work good for avertising Advertising banners, full screen (one time at app launch), bottom and header we must choose which adv and where to put.
