Simple shopping type database & interface

This project is to build a simple database that will allow me to sort and filter ~100 insurance plans as I am helping people find the right plan for them. On the first page, we will select their location (county) and year. When we submit that, it will take us to page two which will list all the plans available in their area plus the ability to hide certain plans. The objective of this project is to create a simple tool to sort the available insurance plans that are available to an individual based on the county they live in, the plan year (i.e. 2021). A successful project will display the resulting records in a table format with the ability to filter the results based on data points or to remove particular plans from the result. This site will only be used by very few users, so traffic volume should not be an issue at this time. This project is to create a database and user interface that will accomplish the following objectives: Database - Database must be set up to hold around 60 points of data for less than 1000 records. - Each record will be the details of a particular insurance plan - Open to technology suggestions (Amazon, Firebase, SQL) Admin - Must have an admin feature where records (plans) can be added, edited, and removed. - Ideally have a feature to edit record value options - Must have a basic password (ie, not user management, but a password to keep the general public out) UI - User interface must display resulting records (plans) in a grid or table format - User interface must be able to hide or add back certain plans. - User interface must be able to further filter records based on record details (see amazon [login to view URL]) - User interface must be able to select certain plans and hide all the rest.
