I have around 7-8 sites hosted on [login to view URL] but there is some issue and the sites are not showing. When I contacted their tech team I was sent the following message.... When I scanned your account and found that following files are having the malicious infected codes: /.1470756163/wp-content/plugins/responsive-portfolio-gallery/templates/[login to view URL] /.1470756163/wp-content/plugins/vc-extensions-bundle/__MACOSX/metrocarousel/[login to view URL] /.1470756163/wp-content/plugins/accesspress-social-icons1/languages/[login to view URL] /.1470756163/wp-content/plugins/foogallery1/views/[login to view URL] /shopaholicdiva/wp-admin/includes/[login to view URL] /shopaholicdiva/[login to view URL] It looks like this is causing the issues for the websites are loading with the blank pages. I request you please remove these files and upload the clean copy of website files so that you can access your websites without any issues. I need someone who can resolve this issue.

hi, sorry to hear thay your pages wont load. If you get blank page it could be for various reasons. maybe those files are not malwares and you have some errors on some functions loading the wordpress or php related problems. i can check your hosting and wordpress to determine excatly whats causing wordpress pages not to load.
