Hi all, I would like to have a small web app/page where a preset of questions is asked in a form way. I can fill in the form either say yes/no/not needed or fill in some text field This form should then be written to a file .pdf this way I can go to a specific pc or server. Fill in the form like 1) how many disk space is available on the C drive: 50GB Free out for 350gb disk 2) what os is installed: windows 10 build 1809 3) is there anti virus installed on the pc not needed because pc is test pc for 3 days os / firmware Firmware upgrade needed? secure password Use safe password, no default passwords notification To the IT-manager sufficient free disk space Prevent full disk, some NAS devices will crash when so check SMART disks Save Config/Backup Export firewall config save in synergy check replication to USB check job status and compare files on replication target FujitsuNAS: disabled network recycle bin disable network recycle bin if NAS used for backup only because it can take up much disk space (Control Panel - Network Services - Network Recycle Bin) FujitsuNAS: Disable Download Station disable download station because it generation much outgoing connection when unable (even if not used) (control panel - applications - station manager - download) FujitsuNAS: Disable Home Features disable home features, so unnecessary applications are automatically uninstalled and disabled (photo station, media station, itunes station etc.) SMBv3/SMBv2 enabled if possible enable SMBv3 or at least SMBv2.1 network trunking if possible enable network trunking/teaming/load balancing (preferred 802.3 dynamic LACP) other remarks This way I have a checklist each time I visit a pc to make a report of this

I would have a section where I can generate the questions i want to ask (can enable or disable) as these will change over time. Software will generate a form based on the currently enabled questions and save to db. You can fill in the form online and / or print out the form to fill it in onsite. I would do both as this will allow you to email a copy of the form to the client when requested and serves as a backup of the checks that where done. Thank You
