php regex command for parsing datetime

please create the php code for parsing unix time out of a datetime string field. this is the input string example i can provide more samples but you get the idea 14/Nov/2019:19:59:52 07/Jan/2020:12:05:26 i need to parse it to unix time. everything is utc.
