Need a PHP script to pull Social Media posts based on particular Hashtag

Need a PHP script to pull the public feed from Facebook & Twitter with particular hashtag-ed. The script can be independent or can use free third-party tool. If used third-party tool, the tool must be free to use with no limitations and no requirement of creating an account with them. The PHP page is required which should display the pulled feeds side-by-side. The page should only display 15 posts and have "View More" link at bottom to go to a second PHP page and display rest of the feeds (including first 15), but scroll to the 16th feed. If interested to work on this project, you MUST submit a proposal. The text of the proposal MUST start AND end with the answer to this question 29 (addition) 597. - Delivery MUST be made within 3 days once assigned. - Only 2 milestones allowed, including the final delivery. - Must deliver the full, non-encrypted, working, error-free, warning-free PHP code.
