I need an app

Hello, im looking fpr a developer than can provide me a app. im from germany, hope you offer a german support. that will be better for me. but i try to explain in english at first: the application is for my business, its like a todo list. i have workers that need to check some buildings in different streets. the app must show them the adresses like a list. For each one just there list. But for me i must see all lists. After there work they need to click on it. so i know that they already done his work. maybe on each adress have a small button for the route (if they need to find it) connect to google maps. Also if possible, send a sms to each customer(adress) that we finish the work. hope i can explain in german, more easy for me. thx
